The Role
As Office Administrator, you’ll play a vital part in keeping our operations running efficiently and compliantly. You’ll manage certification records, support hiring controls, and ensure client documentation is delivered accurately and on time. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting hiring control processes by ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant
- Uploading, maintaining, and managing employee certifications and compliance records

- Maintaining organised digital filing systems and administrative records
- Liaising with internal teams to meet compliance and certification requirements
