Trant Engineering Ltd has a long history of engineering and construction excellence, delivering high quality EPC engineering and construction services throughout the UK and overseas. We successfully deliver complex turnkey engineering projects in sectors such as Process & Water, Energy, Defence, Oil & Gas and Nuclear.
Trant have started work on several waste water upgrade projects in the Oxfordshire / Gloucestershire / Berkshire regions and are looking for civil operatives at all levels who are looking for long term work and real career advancement. We believe in rewarding and developing individuals with the right attitude and enthusiasm for what we do. With time and training you could find yourself site engineering, acting as supervisors or even site managing and beyond.
Applications are welcome from labourers, skilled operatives, machine drivers (360 / dumper / roller) and gangers who are interested to join us on a long term basis. Reporting to our foremen, duties include but are not limited to:
- General civils construction operations
- Drainage, pipe laying, concrete
- Hand digging around complex services
- Promotion of safety within safety critical environment
- Holding permits to work, etc.
Requirements:
- Applicants will need to be reliable and responsible with a good awareness of health and safety in the workplace and a strong work ethic
- Current CSCS
- Confined space awareness a bonus
- Appropriate machine tickets (dumper, roller, forklift, 360, etc.) where applicable
- Thames Water Passport a bonus
