The Role The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for delivering an effective end-to-end recruitment strategy to support central services, projects and operational sites across the UK. The role ensures the timely attraction, and selection of high-quality talent across technical, professional, and site-based roles within multi discipline sectors. What Youll Be Doing End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding. Deliver recruitment for a wide range of roles, including engineers, site operatives and support functions. Screen, interview, and assess candidates in line with company and client requirements. Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with hiring managers across multiple sites and projects. Provide advice on role requirements, market conditions, and realistic hiring timelines.
