The role involves working for our Integral Hire (IHL) division assisting with general manual tasks, maintaining site cleanliness, transporting materials and equipment, and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • General duties such as equipment handling, loading/unloading, site cleaning, and tidying.
  • Transport materials and tools safely around the site.
  • Prepare and maintain work areas, including clearing debris and maintaining access routes.
  • Report faults or resolve minor operational problems independently.
  • Complete logs, reports, or system updates accurately.
  • Flexible work ethic and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Safety, Health, Environment and Quality

  • Follow all site health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Report hazards, unsafe conditions, and near-misses to supervisors.
  • Participate in toolbox talks, site briefings, and site inductions.
  • Assist in maintaining site standards, cleanliness, and organisation.
  • Identify obvious defects or issues and report them to supervisors.
