With over 1,000 employees and a £150m turnover, we are growing and now looking for experienced Civils Operatives to play a key role in our project delivery teams on our clean water site near Brede in East Sussex.
The Role: You will be working at our Brede site in East Sussex and as a Civils Operative you'll be assisting site teams with general civils construction operations, hand digging around complex services, drainage, pipe laying, concrete, maintaining site cleanliness, transporting materials, and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards. Applications are welcome from skilled groundworkers and machine drivers (360 / dumper) who are interested in joining us on a long-term basis.

Requirements:
- Work under the supervision of the Ganger, Supervisor or Site Manager.
- CSCS Card.
- CPCS / NPORS 360 above / below 10 tonne.
- CPCS / NPORS Dumper & Roller.
- NVQ Level 2 Civil Engineering / Construction / Groundworks.
- Confined Space Awareness.
- EUSR Water Hygiene.
- Previous experience in a relevant construction operational role (3+ Years).
