We support organisations across a variety of sectors including finance, retail, telecommunications, utilities, gaming, government and insurance.
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our growing team.
Day To Day You’ll Be:
- Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for the UK & Europe Business, co-ordinating with International senior stakeholders
- Leading the month-end deliverables for FP&A, providing insightful financial analysis
- Championing and driving continuous improvements in reporting tools and FP&A processes
- Supporting strategic initiatives with data-driven recommendations
- Leading, mentoring and developing a team of finance professionals fostering a culture of high performance and resilience.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- A professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Proven experience in FP&A or a similar finance role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Team leadership that is adaptable and resilient with a high degree of emotional intelligence

Interview & Hiring Process:

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
