We Are TransUnion: TransUnion is a major credit reference agency, and we offer specialist services in fraud, identity and risk management, automated decisioning and demographics. We support organisations across a variety of sectors including finance, retail, telecommunications, utilities, gaming, government and insurance.
We're looking for a Broker Account Director to join our growing Go-To-Market team. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career or with experience in client service who wants to develop in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You'll work closely with clients and partners to manage day-to-day needs, ensure smooth delivery of solutions, and identify opportunities to add value. Your portfolio will consist of tier 2/3 general insurers and MGAs, innovative Insurtechs, and national brokers. This is a remote role with occasional travel to client sites and TransUnion offices under our Flex Together approach.
Day to Day You’ll Be:
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, acting as the first point of contact for queries and service requests.
- Coordinate delivery of products and services, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Support account planning activities, including reporting and tracking performance against agreed objectives.
- Prepare client-facing materials such as presentations, reports, and updates.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work independently or with senior colleagues to progress them.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, operations) to resolve issues and deliver excellent client experiences.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience in account management, client service, or administrative support (insurance or financial services experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools; experience with Salesforce is desirable.
- Willingness to travel.
