We support organisations across a variety of sectors including finance, retail, telecommunications, utilities, gaming, government and insurance.
Exciting role to be part of the Account Management team on a major strategic banking client. This role is responsible for both protecting and expanding the existing recurring revenue base and driving new business growth by embedding TransUnion's solutions deeper across the bank's Retail Banking, Wealth & Personal Banking, Secured & Unsecured Lending, and Embedded Finance businesses.
Day to Day You'll Be:
- Serve as a key member of the Account Relationship Team driving new business sales within a strategically important TransUnion UK Banking client.
- Drive sales (new business) and consumption of TU services, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in a major banking client.
- Work as 1 half of a 2-person Account Director sales team, coordinating across the client for maximum effect and coverage. Ensuring all important buyer roles across the customer are covered.
- Drive customer value realization based on agreed business outcomes, including renewals, expansions, and new business up‐selling.
- Utilize expert governance to ensure metrics and MI is accurate.
- Drive regular stakeholder engagement.
- Interpret TransUnion market data to drive insights to action within customer meetings.
- Orchestrate resources as needed per the TU target operating model for sales.
- Demonstrate an expert grasp in UK Banking and bring thought leadership on solutions to solve bank challenges with a solid understanding of the sales process / buyer process of a major enterprise client.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience successfully achieving sales goals working with large and complex client business.
- Demonstrated contributor to overall sales team goals. Advanced knowledge of direct selling concepts and skills.
- Ability to proactively analyze client business needs.
- Willingness to travel.
