b Overview /b p In this hybrid, senior role, you will lead collections for the EMEA region, acting as the subject matter expert and escalation point. You’ll manage high-risk and strategic customer portfolios, drive cash flow and reduce aging and bad debt, and lead complex negotiations and escalations. You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Shared Services to remove payment barriers and drive process improvements. The role offers the chance to influence contract and Billing practices, support transformation initiatives, and contribute to a global, matrixed finance environment. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li 26 days annual leave and bank holidays /li li private health care /li li pension scheme /li li Employee Stock Purchase Plan /li li wellbeing programmes /li li diversity forums and communities /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Serve as the primary collections SME and escalation point for EMEA /li li Directly manage collections activities for strategic/high-value/high-risk accounts /li li Lead senior-level customer engagements including disputes, negotiations, and escalations /li li Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across functions /li li Partner with the EMEA Invoice-to-Cash Business Partner to identify recurring issues /li li Lead cross-functional root-cause analysis to improve processes, policies, and contracts /li li Collaborate with Global Capability Center and leadership to review aging, disputes, and portfolio risks /li li Coordinate recovery, insolvency, litigation, and write-off matters with Legal and external partners while ensuring compliance /li li Analyze portfolio performance, present risks to leadership, and support automation and transformation initiatives /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Five or more years in B2B collections, AR, Credit, or Order-to-Cash for large/complex portfolios /li li Experience managing strategic, high-value, high-risk, or executive-level accounts with disputes and escalations /li li Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, dispute management, credit risk, and EMEA regulatory requirements /li li Experience in a Global Capability Center or Shared Services within a matrixed multinational organization /li li Ability to influence and build relationships across Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, Customer Success, and Shared Services /li /ul ul li analytical mindset /li li negotiation and communication /li li relationship management /li li Invoice-to-Cash processes /li li dispute management and contract knowledge /li li portfolio risk analysis /li /ul
