What You'll Bring: We’re looking for a Wealth, Life & Pensions Account Director to join our growing team. You will consult with leading life insurers, pension providers, business process outsourcers, platforms, and wealth managers on their most critical challenges—from regulatory compliance and risk management to digital transformation and customer engagement. You will position TransUnion’s advanced data, analytics, and technology solutions to support sustainable growth and deliver better outcomes for policyholders and members.

Your focus will be on deepening strategic relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding share of wallet across our solution set, while managing a portfolio of UK life insurers, pension schemes, and business process outsourcers, supported by subject matter experts. This is a remote role with regular travel to client sites and TransUnion offices under our Flex Together approach.

Day to Day You’ll Be:

  • Develop robust account and territory plans to drive growth across the UK wealth, life, and pensions market.
  • Build and execute stakeholder engagement strategies, aligning TransUnion solutions to client priorities such as cost optimisation through process improvement, digital transformation and single customer view.
  • Conduct structured discovery sessions with stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite to operational teams, to uncover challenges and opportunities.
  • Create compelling, professional materials to support strategic proposals and client engagement.
  • Lead and orchestrate the full sales cycle, collaborating across functional teams to deliver client value and achieve growth targets.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in areas such as regulatory compliance (FCA, PRA), fraud prevention, customer experience (CX), and digital transformation.
  • Negotiate and manage contracting processes between TransUnion and client organisations.
  • Maintain and grow strategic relationships across complex accounts to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities for new products and propositions, building business cases and championing development initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate performance against plans and adjust strategies to maximise impact.
  • Engage regularly with clients through formal and informal meetings to strengthen relationships and maintain strategic portfolio insights.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • In-depth knowledge of the UK wealth, life, and pensions market, including regulatory frameworks and emerging trends.
  • Proven experience in strategic client-facing roles or selling complex solutions within a full-cycle environment.
  • Strong drive and enthusiasm, with the ability to manage your own portfolio while collaborating on broader market opportunities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, both internally and externally.
  • Challenger sales mindset; formal training in MEDDICC methodology is highly desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
