We’re looking for a Senior Fraud Specialist to join our growing team.
Day to Day You’ll Be:
- Identity and Fraud Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and applications of the identity verification and fraud prevention solutions we offer.
- New Business: Help drive new business growth through close collaboration with UK Sales.
- Sales: Deliver against a personal commission-based sales target and defined objectives.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive offerings.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalised solution recommendations.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and webinars.
- Specialist Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams, providing product knowledge and technical assistance during complex sales cycles.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Sales Enablement: Create written content for tender responses and proposal submissions.
- Development: Train and coach UK Sales to confidently sell TransUnion’s ID Verification and Fraud Prevention solutions.
- Pipeline: Contribute to the management of a sales pipeline that tracks all opportunities.
- Product: Identify ID & Fraud product enhancements and new product ideas.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Banking / Financial Services advantageous.
- Track record of experience within technical sales / account management / sales / pre-sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical skills to analyse sales data and market trends.
- Demonstrable ability to present confidently to customers.
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.
- Experience supporting/selling areas such as Identity Verification, Fraud Prevention, and Anti Money Laundering.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to influence and work on own initiative.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
