What You\’ll Bring:
We’re looking for an Account Director – Banking to join our growing team.
Day to Day You’ll Be:
- Achieve an annual revenue target within the Banking sector.
- Produce professional and compelling material to support sales pitches.
- Lead, manage, and run the sales process, bringing in additional resources as required.
- Develop a strong personal network of contacts to stay aware of market trends, clients, and competitors, providing valuable insights back to the business.
- Manage one high-profile Banking account, primarily based in the south, representing significant revenue with diverse and complex needs.
- Become a subject matter expert on assigned accounts, including financials, products/services, market, and client needs.
- Negotiate and manage the contracting process between TransUnion and client organizations.
- Identify, build, and develop relationships with key stakeholders to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Manage and develop business relationships for strategic and large, complex accounts to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify market opportunities for new products and solutions, build business cases, and champion them through product development.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in a client-facing, strategic sales role or selling complex solutions in a full cycle environment.
- Expertise in managing the full sales process.
- Drive and enthusiasm to manage your own account portfolio.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to influence at all levels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills both internally and externally.
- Proven ability to create and deliver effective executive-level presentations.
- Understanding of working in a regulated environment.
- Full UK driving license, as some travel is expected.
