TransUnion is a major credit reference agency that provides specialist services in fraud, identity, risk management, automated decisioning and demographics. We support a range of sectors including finance, retail, telecommunications, utilities, gaming, government and insurance.
We are looking for a Customer Relations Advisor to join our Consumer Relations team.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage a caseload of consumer complaints, working with internal and external customers to bring complaints to a mutually agreeable close.
- Escalate complaints when necessary.
- Support compiling information for consumer Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR).
- Ensure quality assurance and accurate management information reporting.
- Review potential complaints catalogued in the system by Customer Services, determining whether they need to be processed as complaints or returned to the customer services queue.
- Participate in front‑line queries one day per week, handling consumer and client inquiries.
