Overview
Responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed, carrying out administrative activities, coordinating office services, assembling data and preparing reports, and overseeing office administrative procedures.

- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Coordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Qualifications
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Work Requirements
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
