We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurse to work in the Working Age Community Mental Health Service to support service users' recovery within the community. You will be recovery focused, have good risk assessment skills and a range of therapeutic interventions supported by evidence-based practice.
Key responsibilities:
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing interventions for working age adults.
- Ensure that the service users' recovery goals are identified and central to their formulation and care planning needs.
- Use evidence-based practice for risk assessment, formulation, safety planning and clinical interventions.
- Coordinate the care of service users throughout their engagement with the service and wider services if required, practising care-coordination skills through shadowing opportunities and supervision.
- Negotiate workload through supervision and case load management with the appropriate clinical team managers.
