Role Overview
Accessible rail travel depends on systems that work reliably in live environments.
Our Passenger Assistance platform turns passenger assistance requests into coordinated action inside live rail operations.
We are expanding our Product team and looking for a
Senior Product Manager to take ownership of a high-impact, technically complex portfolio at the heart of our Passenger Assist platform.
You will be the strategic product lead for our enterprise operational platform and customer-facing applications, responsible for managing a complex array of products across multiple large rail operator clients.
You'll balance B2C passenger experience with B2B enterprise constraints, navigating competing roadmaps, client-specific demands, and long-term platform scalability.
