As our contracts expand, there are several positions coming available from April 2026 as well as positions which are currently vacant.
We urgently need B Licence and/or D Licence and D1 Licence drivers for our CallConnect Contract at our Horncastle Based Depot. TransportConnect Ltd delivers Special Educational Needs Transport and CallConnect Transport to give people from all walks of life, accessibility to their community. The current hourly rate for a driver is £13.36 per hour. We are looking to employ people who are currently professional bus drivers as well as newcomers to the Passenger Services Transport industry. A full enhanced DBS check will be performed on any candidates and we would look to train any younger or new to transport applicants, who have the right outlook and commitment to the business.
There is a career progression in Passenger Service Transport from 8-Seater, to D1, D and from there movement to Lead Driver, Supervisor, Office based CPC holder up to Transport Manager. It is a sector of work for any age of committed hardworking individual.

We have vacancies for D and D1 Drivers CallConnect Drivers circa – 06:30-12:00 and 12:00-19:00 OR 3 x 3 long day shifts to be discussed at interview. B, D or D1 License with current CPC and LCC DBS would be preferred.
