This role will be required to work shifts over 5 days including Saturdays and Sundays.

What will my responsibilities be?
The Customer Operations Management Graduate will support the Station Manager and Head of Customer Operations by contributing to the development and delivery of our Customer Operations team, showing customer service delivery skills, whilst also maintaining the high safety standards expected throughout our network.
Are there any essential requirements?
- A degree in Business Management, or other relevant degree.
- The ability to produce accurate and concise reports.
- A high focus on customer service excellence and delivery.
- Good awareness of the importance of safety in the context of customer operations.
- A full valid driving licence.
- Demonstrated alignment to our core graduate attributes and values.

During the recruitment period for this role, you may be asked to undertake a dispatch test to identify potential competencies in this area. Please note that the result of this test will only inform as to whether you can carry out dispatching as part of your Graduate scheme and will not impact the selection process.
Please note, to be eligible for our Graduate Scheme, you must be within 2 years post-graduation upon application or have graduated by the time the scheme begins. You’ll need to be available to start the Graduate Scheme in early September 2026.
You will be required to undertake a Personal Track Safety Medical to determine fitness for the role.
Please note, you must hold the relevant right to work in the UK upon successful appointment of the role. We’re not currently able to provide sponsorship.
Welsh Language Skills
We welcome people who can speak or write in Welsh, but it’s not essential for this role.
