- Ysgwyddo perchnogaeth dros biblinellau caffael ar draws TrC a’u cynnal a’u cadw drwy weithio mewn partneriaeth â phob Cyfarwyddiaeth wrth ddatblygu, rhaglennu a goruchwylio gweithgareddau er mwyn llywio a datblygu gweithgarwch caffael y sefydliad.
- Rheoli, hyfforddi a mentora tîm o staff caffael sy’n ymgymryd ag ystod eang o brosiectau a thasgau wrth ddarparu gwasanaeth caffael mewn ffordd gyfrifol a chost-effeithiol, gan gyfrannu at feithrin y tîm a chynghori ar yr arferion gorau er mwyn cyflawni’r canlyniadau a ddymunir ar gyfer y prosiect.
