Bydd y Rheolwr Cynllunio Rhwydwaith Bysiau yn darparu cymorth ac arweiniad wrth ddatblygu, dylunio a symud rhwydwaith bysiau Cymru trwy weithio gyda phartneriaid yn y sector cyhoeddus a phreifat i ddarparu rhwydweithiau bysiau gwell ledled Cymru fel rhan o'r symudiad tuag at rwydwaith bysiau masnachfraint.
Cyfrifoldebau’r swydd:
- Adolygu a datblygu amserlenni bysiau presennol o bob cwr o Gymru drwy ddefnyddio data galw a phrydlondeb, ynghyd â blaenoriaethau lleol a rhanbarthol i gefnogi cyfrifoldebau masnachfreinio bysiau Trafnidiaeth Cymru (TrC).
- Datblygu a dylunio amrywiaeth o brosiectau rhwydwaith sy’n ymwneud â’r bont i rwydweithiau masnachfraint a rhwydweithiau masnachfraint yn y dyfodol drwy reoli prosiectau i gefnogi Awdurdodau Lleol i ddatblygu eu rhwydweithiau bysiau lleol drwy gyngor arbenigol a sgiliau cynllunio rhwydwaith.
- Rheoli ac arwain timau prosiectau drwy gydweithio â chydweithwyr mewnol, contractwyr allanol, rhanddeiliaid a'r gadwyn gyflenwi i sicrhau bod y prosiectau’n cyflawni canlyniadau.
- Adnabod a monitro risgiau i’r prosiect a all effeithio ar Trafnidiaeth Cymru (TrC), gan gynnwys rhai sy’n ymwneud â chyllid, enw da, ansawdd, yr amgylchedd ac iechyd a diogelwch, gan gydweithio â’r gweithwyr risg proffesiynol priodol yn TrC a rheoli’r gofrestr risgiau i sicrhau bod TrC yn gallu gweithredu mesurau lliniaru effeithiol.

- Gradd berthnasol megis Busnes, Cynllunio, Peirianneg (neu debyg) neu brofiad cyfatebol.
- Yn meddu ar gymhwyster rheoli prosiect neu’n gweithio tuag at hynny, ee APM, PRINCE 2 neu debyg.
- Profiad blaenorol fel Cynllunydd Trafnidiaeth, Peiriannydd Rhwydwaith Trafnidiaeth neu rôl mewn gweithredu bysiau / cwmni trafnidiaeth / adran drafnidiaeth awdurdod lleol.
- Dealltwriaeth o’r sector bysiau, gan gynnwys; gweithrediadau, cyllid a fframweithiau cyfreithiol.
