The predicted salary is between 54000 - 66000 Β£ per year.

The role is responsible for providing support to the Ops Readiness teams, the Operations Director, and the wider team. This includes coordinating and collating weekly and periodic reports, ensuring all activities are delivered in a timely and efficient manner and in line with the expectations of the role.

Role responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support for the Ops Readiness team.
  • Create all purchase orders and follow end to end process, ensure approval, as well as setting up new suppliers (liaison with procurement teams).
  • Creating and maintaining trackers to monitor ongoing training and entry into service for new and cascaded fleet types.
  • Work closely with BAU leads to ensure on time and accurate reporting is provided to programme planners.
  • Supporting Ops Director and Heads of department with arranging meetings, provide agenda, minute taking, action tracking, document control and proficient reporting.

Who we're looking for:

  • Good general education i.e. GCSE English & Maths or equivalent.
  • Experience of achieving deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient level of EXCEL knowledge.
  • Power BI experience.
  • Good communication / presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage own workload.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Well organised, with good planning skills and an eye for detail.
  • Knowledge and experience of finance processes (e.g. raising purchase orders, settling invoices etc).

Welsh Language Skills:

While not essential for this role, Welsh language skills would make a great addition to your application. TfW support anyone who wants to learn Welsh or improve their skills. We offer online learning, classroom courses and funding attendance at local community courses.
