Bydd Uwch Reolwr y Gadwyn Gyflenwi yn arwain ac yn gweithredu gweledigaeth y gadwyn gyflenwi, gan gynghori a chefnogi'r busnes ar strategaethau a mentrau'r gadwyn gyflenwi sy'n sicrhau gwerth i gysylltiadau a chontractau cadwyn gyflenwi Trafnidiaeth Cymru (TrC).
Cyfrifoldebau'r swydd
- Cyfrannu at y gwaith o lunio ac arwain strategaeth a gweledigaeth Rheoli'r Gadwyn Gyflenwi (SCM) TrC a'u troi'n amcanion sy'n cyd-fynd â blaenoriaethau strategol TrC.
- Tri weithredu mentrau a gweithgareddau'r gadwyn gyflenwi i adeiladu amgylchedd sy'n annog perfformiad uchel a datblygiad parhaus o fewn y tîm SCM ac ar draws y sefydliad.
- Arwain y tîm i adnabod a gweithredu cyfleoedd i wella ac i greu effeithlonrwydd drwy oruchwylio tîm rheoli'r gadwyn gyflenwi.
- Datblygu a gyrru mentrau sy'n echdynnu gwerth o'n cysylltiadau a'n contractau cadwyn gyflenwi drwy strategaethau rheoli'r gadwyn gyflenwi.
- Arwain y tîm yn y gwaith o siapio a datblygu ffyrdd cynaliadwy o lywodraethu caffael.
- Arwain y tîm drwy esiampl wrth ddatblygu gallu'r tîm i ymgymryd â phob agwedd ar Reoli'r Gadwyn Gyflenwi.
- Arwain y tîm i ddatblygu ac adeiladu cadwyn gyflenwi amrywiol drwy ymgysylltu â chyflenwyr.
- Dylunio a darparu fframwaith rheoli cysylltiadau â chyflenwyr.
- Arwain y tîm a rheoli cyflenwyr a/neu contractau drwy ymyriadau wedi'u rheoli.
