Bydd rôl y Rheolwr Prosiect yn cyflawni prosiectau sy’n ymwneud â thrafnidiaeth gynaliadwy yn unol â pholisi a strategaeth trafnidiaeth Llywodraeth Cymru, gan gynnwys cefnogi Arweinydd y Rhaglen Cyflawni Teithio Llesol, er mwyn darparu Rhaglen Tref i Arddangos Cerdded, Beicio a Theithio ar Olwynion.
Cyfrifoldebau’r swydd
- Cyflawni amrywiaeth o brosiectau sy’n ymwneud â thrafnidiaeth gynaliadwy, drwy ddefnyddio methodolegau cylch bywyd prosiect cadarn (fel APM neu PRINCE2), gan gynnwys rhoi cynllun y prosiect ar waith, llunio amserlen o’r holl dasgau, cerrig milltir allweddol a rheoli adnoddau i sicrhau bod y rhain yn cael eu cwblhau’n ddiogel ac mewn da bryd, yn unol â’r gyllideb ac i ansawdd uchel.
- Darparu gwasanaeth rheoli prosiectau proffesiynol ac effeithiol, gan gynnwys trefniadau llywodraethu, prosesau adrodd, gweithgorau technegol a grwpiau llywio gweithredol, yn unol â’r prosesau a’r amserlenni angenrheidiol i sicrhau bod y prosiectau’n cyd-fynd â phrosesau WelTAG, Pyrth Cyfnodau Cynllun Gwaith Trafnidiaeth Cymru (TrC), a’u bod yn cael eu cyflawni o safon ac yn unol â’r gyllideb.
- Rheoli cyllideb y prosiect drwy gysylltu â’r Partner Busnes Cyllido priodol ac Arweinydd y Prosiect, gan uwchgyfeirio unrhyw amrywiadau lle bo angen i sicrhau bod y costau’n aros o fewn y gyllideb y cytunwyd arni.
- Rheoli ac arwain timau prosiectau drwy gydweithio â chydweithwyr mewnol a chontractwyr allanol, Awdurdodau Lleol, rhanddeiliaid a’r gadwyn gyflenwi i sicrhau bod y prosiectau’n cyflawni canlyniadau.
