About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Recruitment & Talent Advisor to join our team and play a key role in shaping how we attract, select and hire the talent that drives our organisation forward. You’ll be the expert our Hiring Managers rely on and the trusted advisor who ensures every recruitment experience is fair, smooth and engaging. In this role, you’ll manage recruitment activity from start to finish — from crafting compelling job descriptions and sourcing brilliant candidates, to guiding interview panels and ensuring we maintain strong recruitment governance. If you thrive in a varied role where no two days look the same, this is the perfect opportunity to make a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning the full recruitment lifecycle — managing attraction, shortlisting, interviews and selection to deliver a seamless and inclusive candidate experience.
  • Sourcing talent creatively, using a mix of channels to engage both active and passive candidates, including for specialist and senior roles.
  • Partnering with Hiring Managers to create accurate, well‑written job descriptions and supporting documents that stand up to audit requirements.
  • Championing recruitment best practice, offering clear guidance and confidently challenging decisions to ensure fairness and consistency.
  • Supporting our job evaluation process, hosting sessions and advising Hiring Managers to ensure accurate job levelling and alignment with our pay and performance framework.

Who we’re looking for

  • Strong sourcing capability, ideally including experience headhunting specialist roles.
  • Ability to write clear, engaging and accurate job descriptions.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Confidence challenging and influencing Hiring Managers at all levels.
  • A continuous‑improvement mindset and passion for enhancing recruitment processes.
