Mae'r Dyfeisydd Datrysiadau Cyllid a Gweithrediadau D365 yn gyfrifol am ddylunio, llywodraethu a sicrhau datrysiadau Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cyllid a Gweithrediadau o'r dechrau i'r diwedd ag integreiddiadau rhyngwynebu sy'n bodloni gofynion busnes, swyddogaethol, technegol ac anweithredol. Mae'r rôl yn darparu arweinyddiaeth bensaernïol ar draws meysydd cyllid, cadwyn gyflenwi a gweithredol, gan sicrhau bod atebion yn raddadwy, yn ddiogel ac yn alinio ag arfer gorau Microsoft a strategaeth sefydliadol, ac yn sicrhau gweithrediad llwyddiannus ac optimeiddio parhaus o systemau cyllid a gweithredol Trafnidiaeth Cymru.
Mae'r Dyfeisydd Datrysiad yn gweithredu fel pont rhwng rhanddeiliaid busnes, ymgynghorwyr swyddogaethol, timau technegol, a phartneriaid allanol, ac yn berchen ar ddyluniad y datrysiad; o'r cysyniad i gyflenwi ac yna i wasanaeth byw.
Cyfrifoldebau'r swydd:
- Diffinio, cynhyrchu a chynnal dogfennaeth pensaernïaeth datrysiad, gan gynnwys: arteffactau pensaernïaeth, integreiddio dogfennau dylunio lefel uchel a manwl a diagramau pensaernïaeth data i sicrhau bod y system yn bodloni gweithredu arfer gorau Microsoft a rheoli systemau.
- Herio gofynion a dyluniadau i leihau addasu a gwneud y mwyaf o alluoedd y tu allan i'r bocs a sicrhau cydymffurfiaeth â gofynion statudol, rheoleiddiol ac archwilio (e.e. rheolaethau ariannol, gwahanu dyletswyddau).
- Cyd-ddatblygu a bod yn berchen ar fap ffordd aml-flwyddyn Cyllid a Gweithrediadau D365 trwy werthuso nodweddion newydd a thechnolegau sy'n dod i'r amlwg yn barhaus, er mwyn sicrhau bod y platfform Cynllunio Adnoddau Menter yn darparu arloesedd parhaus a gwerth busnes.
- Gweithredu fel yr awdurdod dylunio terfynol trwy adolygu a chymeradwyo penderfyniadau pensaernïol a dylunio ar gyfer pob menter D365 Cyllid a Gweithrediadau trwy sefydlu a gorfodi llywodraethu datrysiadau i warantu tyfiant, diogelwch, integreiddiadau, gofynion anweithredol ac aliniad â safonau pensaernïaeth menter ac asesu effeithiau ar risg, cost, amserlenni a pharodrwydd gweithredol.
- Darparu Cymorth Rhaglenni a Chyflenwi ac arweinyddiaeth bensaernïol ar draws darganfod, dylunio, adeiladu, profi a defnyddio trwy weithio gyda'r timau rhaglen a phartneriaid cyflawni i sicrhau cadw at safonau a dyluniadau y cytunwyd arnynt.

- Profiad yn dyfeisio Datrysiadau Cyllid a Gweithrediadau D365 ar weithrediadau cymhleth, ar raddfa fenter gan gynnwys integreiddiadau D365 Cyllid a Gweithrediadau sy'n sicrhau twf, diogelwch ac aliniad â safonau menter.
- Profiad o ddylunio atebion gyda nifer bach o addasiadau a llywodraethant cryf.
