What will my responsibilities be?
The Commercial Graduate will contribute to the development and delivery of TfW projects within the Commercial Directorate. They’ll rotate across relevant business areas, to develop a broader understanding of their directorate’s operations.
Are there any essential requirements?
- A degree/Apprenticeship degree in a relevant area such as Business Studies, Business Management, Operations Management or similar.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to form positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Please note, to be eligible for our Graduate Scheme, you must be within 2 years post-graduation upon application or have graduated by the time the scheme begins. You’ll need to be available to start the Graduate Scheme in early September 2026.
