Role responsibilities

The Content Manager is accountable for overseeing the entire on-site experience, serving as the business\’s key stakeholder for all things related to content, SEO, and UI/UX. This role requires the development of a strategic roadmap that enhances organic visibility, improves user experience, and drives continuous conversion rate optimisation. They will lead a team to deliver a frictionless, high-performing digital experience that maximises traffic and on-site revenue.

  • Work in conjunction with the Head of Performance and CRM to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across all digital platforms (website, apps, etc.), ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience for our target segments that drives conversions and achieves business objectives.
  • Continuously optimise content for conversion, utilising A/B testing, user feedback, and data-driven insights to improve KPIs related to customer actions and revenue generation.
  • Work in conjunction with the Head of Performance and CRM to create and evolve the overarching SEO strategy, ensuring all content is optimised for search engines to increase organic visibility, traffic, and discoverability across all digital channels.
  • Research, develop, and implement an innovative approach to AI optimisation within content creation, distribution, and personalisation to enhance user experience and content effectiveness.

Who we’re looking for

  • Degree qualified in a relevant area such as communications, marketing, journalism or have equivalent experience.
  • Experience of producing engaging strategic and externally facing digital content across multiple channels.
  • Experience of influencing and managing relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Welsh Language Skills

The ability to speak/write Welsh would make a great addition to your application, but it is not essential for this role.
