We are currently recruiting for a Performance Improvement Manager to deliver strategic performance improvement initiatives, engaging with all functions of the business. The individual will be responsible for scoping, implementation, and review of performance improvement initiatives. This is achieved by working closely with all internal functions and key external stakeholders.
Role responsibilities:
- Analysis of performance data to assess areas for performance improvements and investigation of root cause(s).
- Scoping of strategic performance improvement schemes, producing a plan for the steps needed to improve performance in a specific area/issue. This includes proposing an action plan, including necessary investment or process change, with timescales and cost/benefit proposals.
- Implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of performance improvement initiatives, including reporting of any improvements of root causes.
- Engagement with staff across the business to promote and embed a positive culture of right-time performance culture and a culture of continuous improvement.
