This role will require you to work weekends and shifts, so flexibility is needed.

Responsibilities:

  • The Operations Graduate will contribute to the best service for our customers by supporting the delivery of our timetable promise, optimising capacity to meet their needs and providing the best possible experience.

Essential Requirements:

  • A degree/Apprenticeship degree in a subject such as Business/Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or other relevant area.
  • Experience of utilising time management and prioritisation skills to effectively achieve goals/objectives.
  • Understanding of the importance of health and safety in the context of the transportation sector.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a range of both internal and external stakeholders at different organisational levels.

To be eligible for our Graduate Scheme, you must be within 2 years post-graduation upon application or have graduated by the time the scheme begins. You’ll need to be available to start the Graduate Scheme in early September 2026.

You will be required to undertake a Personal Track Safety Medical to determine fitness for the role.

Please note, you must hold the relevant right to work in the UK upon successful appointment of the role. We’re not currently able to provide sponsorship.

Welsh Language Skills: We welcome people who can speak or write in Welsh, but it’s not essential for this role.
