This role offers hybrid working from Pontypridd/Wrexham office and from home, flexible working hours with occasional travel to site or other office locations as required.

Responsibilities:
- The Bus Project Management Graduate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a major Bus change programme in Wales, which brings together several projects and activities, including but not limited to, designing new bus networks, purchasing/building depots, fleet, and on-bus technology.
Essential Requirements:
- A degree in transport, business/project management or a STEM discipline, although other relevant subjects will be considered.
- The ability to manage time and priorities effectively, whilst balancing workload to achieve key objectives and deliverables.
- Experience of contributing to projects individually and as part of a team.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of both internal and external stakeholders to deliver project outputs.
- Demonstrated alignment to our core graduate attributes and values.

Please note, to be eligible for our Graduate Scheme, you must be within 2 years post-graduation upon application or have graduated by the time the scheme begins. You will need to be available to start the Graduate Scheme in early September 2026.
