Location: Pontypridd or Wrexham

Contract type: 22-month fixed term

This role offers hybrid working from the Pontypridd/Wrexham office and from home, with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:

  • The Bus Network Planning Graduate will rotate across relevant business areas to develop a broader understanding of operational activity and requirements.
  • Support the Bus team with key projects and initiatives.

Essential Requirements:

  • A degree in transport, business/project management or a STEM discipline, although other relevant subjects will be considered.
  • The ability to manage time and priorities effectively, whilst balancing workload to achieve key objectives and deliverables.
  • Experience of contributing to projects individually and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of both internal and external stakeholders to deliver project outputs.

To be eligible for our Graduate Scheme, you must be within 2 years post-graduation upon application or have graduated by the time the scheme begins. You’ll need to be available to start the Graduate Scheme in early September 2026.

You must hold the relevant right to work in the UK upon successful appointment of the role. We’re not currently able to provide sponsorship.

Welsh Language Skills: We welcome people who can speak or write in Welsh, but it’s not essential for this role.
