HV Power Plant Fitter Job title – HV Power Plant Fitter Grade – P3A1 Salary – £66,370.00 Overview of project/role This role is responsible for undertaking maintenance, servicing, breakdown and fault repair of all Substation plant and equipment across the whole of London Underground's HV Power Distribution Network. To ensure that the assets are maintained in accordance with set specifications to meet safety and operational criteria in order to provide an efficient and continuous power supplies to the London Underground railway system. The HV Power Plant Fitter role is an equal split of electrical and mechanical disciplines. Key Accountabilities Maintain, service, repair, disassemble in these situations, we select candidates who best meet the minimum criteria for the job rather than interviewing all who meet them. Across all recruitment activity, we recognise that selection methods may vary depending on the nature and scale of the campaign and will be applied fairly, consistently and proportionately in line with our Disability Confident commitments.
