If so, then the Governors of Healey Primary School are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their well-established team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who has experience of working in primary education. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of and have worked with pupils who have a range of special needs. Being empathetic and understanding of the behaviours and difficulties these pupils can face will be vital to the role.
We need someone who will:

- Inspire students to love learning.
- Show empathy and understanding for the needs of the pupils they support.
- Be willing to model and support our school ethos.
- Show a strong commitment to safeguarding children.
About the Candidate You will be required to have:
- Good literacy and numeracy skills to GNVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferably.
- Hold a TA2 qualification or be working towards.
- A strong understanding of the needs of children who may face challenges which impact on their learning.
- A high level of commitment to the school and community.
