About us: Salford Family Nurseries are home to five fantastic settings – Barton Moss, Belvedere, Little Hulton, Higher Broughton, and Winton. Each nursery is a warm, welcoming hub where children thrive and staff feel valued.

About the Role: The role of Deputy Nursery Manager is a critical part of the leadership team within Salford Family Nurseries. We are looking for someone who can:
- Lead and inspire a team of passionate Early Educators
- Ensure the highest standards of care and education for all children
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Create and implement engaging, age‑appropriate curriculum
- Oversee daily operations and maintain a safe, inclusive environment
- Provide exceptional support for children with SEND, working closely with families and external professionals
- Act as Nursery SENCO when required
About you:
- A full and relevant childcare qualification at Level 3 or above
- A minimum of 2 years post‑qualifying experience working in early years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- A commitment to safeguarding, supporting children with SEND and promoting inclusive practice
