The Role
The role will involve working in various schools across the borough providing daily ICT administration, maintenance and support. Whilst having the backup of the team, the post will involve the individual organising their own workload as required when they attend site and ensuring appropriate communication with the customer to ensure their needs are met.

You will have a sound knowledge of ICT support and maintenance, be motivated and able to organise your own workloads and provide good customer care.
