Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential new customers through proactive outreach and lead generation.
  • Re-engage existing members to increase platform usage and support renewals.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Communicate effectively to articulate the value proposition of our platform.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and support commercial conversations.
  • Work closely with the wider sales and revenue teams to drive growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity in CRM tools.
  • Meet and exceed revenue, retention, and activity targets.
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends.

Role Requirements:

  • Sales, business development, or customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Strong objection handling and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused.
  • Initiative, drive, and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems, HubSpot is preferable.
