We are an exciting and fast-growing transport consultancy known by our clients for our people and sector expertise. As part of our Transactions offering, we support international financial institutions, passenger transport operators, freight operators, and private investors make investment decisions through undertaking commercial and technical due diligence. Our team has a comprehensive understanding of key transport markets globally.

We are looking for

A senior leader with a proven track record in transactions and due diligence, ready to shape the future of transport advisory. You are entrepreneurial, ambitious, and driven by the opportunity to build something exceptional. You thrive on autonomy, relish complex challenges, and have the credibility to influence clients and colleagues at the highest level.

You bring:

  • Presence, reputation (10yrs+ experience) and a network in the transport sector among clients, investors/financiers and (financial) advisors.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, win work, and deliver work in Commercial and Technical Due Diligence, to support clients undertaking transactions in at least two of the following sectors: International Rail (including infrastructure, passenger and freight operations), Urban Transit (light rail/tram), Bus, Ferries, Ports/Maritime. Non-transport sectors such as Energy, Data, Social would be a bonus but not essential.
  • Knows how to work with (financial) clients to understand their perspective and achieve outcomes, and the ability to translate technical concepts into commercial solutions.
  • Ability to shape The Hub's offer to target growth markets.
  • Relevant experience in project management, and comfortable with managing a range of large consulting projects effectively and in parallel.
  • Relevant experience in leading teams of people in the business and across projects, including development and management of people.
