What you'll do
- Lead the strategic vision for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Partner with cross-disciplinary teams to pinpoint and explore opportunities for implementing AI solutions that enhance road safety and service delivery.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI projects, from initial concept through to successful deployment and evaluation.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify trends and insights that can inform AI strategy and implementation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and industry partners, to foster collaboration on AI initiatives.
- Ensure that all AI projects adhere to ethical standards and comply with relevant regulations, particularly concerning data privacy and security.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems, making recommendations for enhancements and adjustments as necessary.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related discipline is essential.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in roles focused on AI or machine learning is required.
- Demonstrated success in leading AI projects from initial concept through to successful execution and delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.
