Overview

Senior Technical Litigation Support Analyst. This role provides high-level technical hosting support to Project Management Teams globally and manages electronic discovery solutions for culling, processing, hosting and conversion of electronically stored information (ESI) for end clients including law firms and Fortune 500 companies. Working hours are 1pm-10pm Monday to Friday (training: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday).

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with Project Management Teams and clients to effectively execute tasks throughout the life cycle of a case.
  • Manage high-level tasks and unique workflows.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues internally and externally.
  • Answer client questions about web hosting software and perform administrative functions of the applications to meet client needs.
  • Handle multiple projects to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensure smooth transition of work between day and evening shifts.
  • Develop and use analytical skills to research solutions and determine appropriate actions.
  • Ensure jobs are completed according to client and industry standards and meet deadlines.
  • Perform other tech-based projects or duties as required.
  • Work with Relativity and Reef Preview to execute document productions (bates stamping, load files, OCR).
  • Create custom event handlers and Relativity Scripts to improve workflow.

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years’ experience in litigation technology/vendor side preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or information management-technology, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Experience with Analytics.
  • Experience in MS Office applications.
  • Proficient with Concordance and Summation.
  • Ability to convey technical processes in understandable language.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Available to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Available by phone or email when out of the office as needed.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and ability to develop and implement customized client solutions.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Visual Basic.
  • Experience with LAW PreDiscovery or IPRO is a major plus.
