We're looking for an efficient, organized, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Tradeshow Project Management Specialist to lead and support the logistics behind our global conference and tradeshow program. While attendees see the branding, booths, and signage, the success of every event depends on the people behind the scenes who ensure materials arrive on time, are set up correctly, and are managed efficiently from start to finish. In this role, you'll take the lead in ensuring every detail runs smoothly.

Description:

  • Coordinate and/or oversee the scheduling, planning and logistics of trade shows and conferences.
  • Assist sales and marketing in determining and executing strategy, focus areas, and tactics at conferences and liaise with the conference organizers and attendees/team to ensure the excellence of our presence.
  • Produce trade shows, ensuring consistency and collaboration while following established guidelines, processes, procedures and tools.
  • Educate cross‑functional teams, provide direction.
