TransPerfect’s Marketing & Communications team is seeking a full-time Marketing Lead to join our Life Sciences division. This role will serve as a strategic partner to the Life Sciences Marketing Program Manager and play a key part in driving digital marketing strategy, content development, lead generation and nurturing across our life sciences digital program. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven marketer with 5+ years of experience executing and optimizing digital campaigns, developing compelling content, and aligning with cross-functional teams to generate leads and drive measurable business impact.

This is a highly collaborative role that will help execute campaigns and shape the direction of our digital strategy—leading performance reviews, aligning with cross-functional teams, and championing scalable, data-driven programs. You’ll play a hands-on role in building full-funnel campaigns and fueling demand by showcasing the value of TransPerfect Life Sciences solutions to various personas across different use cases.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Digital Program Ownership: Collaborate closely with the Life Sciences Marketing Program Manager to shape and drive the life sciences digital strategy and content. Own key workstreams across campaign planning, content execution, SEO, lead generation, funnel optimization, and performance reporting. Act as the go-to lead for digital performance reviews and contribute to program KPIs analysis.
  • Campaign Performance & Retrospectives: Lead quarterly marketing performance retrospectives, analysing what campaigns, messaging, and channels are driving results. Identify high-performing tactics to scale, and work with the Life Sciences Marketing Program Manager to flag underperforming assets or workflows for revision. Work cross-functionally to address campaign bottlenecks, audience friction points, and cross-department misalignments.
  • SEO & Website Strategy: Drive initiatives to boost domain authority and organic search visibility through content strategy, backlinks, PR coordination, and technical SEO improvements. Collaborate with the Life Sciences Marketing Program Manager to develop long-term content strategies that support keyword clusters and semantic search. Collaborate with web and digital marketing teams to ensure our sites are optimised for discoverability and UX.
  • Lead Generation, Qualification & Funnel Optimization: Partner with marketing ops and sales to improve lead scoring models, routing processes, and CRM hygiene. Partner with performance marketing to plan and execute lead generation including drafting, editing, and optimising content across various campaign types—webinars, nurture series, digital ads, and downloadable resources. Set clear KPIs for campaigns, track performance, and refine tactics based on analytics. Align closely with sales enablement to ensure follow-up messaging and documentation are streamlined and effective. Monitor and report on digital campaign ROI and audience behaviour to inform future strategy.
  • Sales & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with life sciences sales and subject matter experts to identify marketing needs and messaging priorities. Stay attuned to industry pain points and customer feedback to inform campaign planning. Ensure all campaign efforts are aligned with evolving product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and commercial goals. Provide insights on market trends, buyer behaviour, and competitive positioning to adjust messaging and targeting.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Coordinate with creative, digital, and web teams to bring campaigns to life. Ensure consistency of messaging, branding, and design across all digital touchpoints.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in life sciences or healthcare industries.
  • Proven ability to manage digital campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and basic design tools (e.g., Canva).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimise accordingly.
  • Comfortable working across teams and presenting ideas to stakeholders.
  • Travel: 10–15%.
