Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the completion of all language projects.
- Execute patent translation & filing projects from start to finish, serving as a single point of accountability for quality, completion and profitability.
- Work with clients and sales teams to deliver top‑quality translations for patent prosecution in this fast‑growing department.
- Build and maintain relationships with linguists and patent attorneys worldwide.
- Collaborate with the team to understand the patent filing process and advise clients and sales on best practices as a knowledgeable patent expert.
- Communicate trending issues to managers and the wider team; work collaboratively to solve problems and improve internal processes and external offerings.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi‑task.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks and work in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new things, openness to challenges, and ability to thrive on success.
- Fluency in a foreign language and interest in IP services preferable but not required.
