Senior Marketing Specialist oversees marketing, content creation, branding, communications, events, and sales support for the company's legal vertical. The primary duty of this individual will be to produce content both independently and with a team or other internal resource, for digital channels including social media and websites, as well as print materials and brochures.

DESCRIPTION
  • Work in conjunction with the Marketing Manager and Sales team to execute marketing strategy.
  • Discuss business methods, products, and services with employers, clients, and sales teams to identify specific marketing requirements and target customer groups.
  • Help ensure success for trade show/conference marketing, including event logistics, promotional items and giveaways, and Return on Investment (ROI) tracking.
  • Assist in production of promotional events, including conception, venue selection, negotiation, promotion, branding, execution, and follow-up.
  • Own the digital marketing process, from analysing current stats, looking at areas for improvement, and creating innovative digital marketing campaigns.
  • Support the implementation of digital marketing strategies, including the use of social media platforms, search engine optimisation (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM) to promote products, brands, and services.
  • Review current direct mail strategy used by the company and look for areas of potential improvement and implement these with an end goal of creating a quantifiable upturn in sales figures. This will also include the creation and execution of print campaigns.
  • Help in conducting quantitative and qualitative market research methodology, and prepare proposals outlining programmes of work.
  • Assist in establishing and interpreting findings of market research and presenting results to internal stakeholders.
  • Discuss possible changes that need to be made in terms of design, price, packaging, and promotion based on market research findings with appropriate departments and/or stakeholders.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between the sales team and marketing department for requests, needs, and ideas.
  • Proofread communications materials, online content, and all client-facing communications.
  • Assist marketing and communications staff in daily activities as needed.
  • Write, copy, and manage creation and release process for digital and print collateral, including solution briefs, case studies, brochures, web content, and sales slides.
  • Brief internal creative and design teams on client requirements, monitor the progress of advertising and marketing campaigns, and liaise with stakeholders on potential modifications.
  • Create infographics, charts, display advertisements, social content, and other visual assets in conjunction with graphic design team.
  • Work directly with sales teams to plan and execute marketing strategies that are tailored to the specific trends and targets.
  • Generate leads and demand in conjunction with TransPerfect's digital marketing team through digital advertising, Search Engine Marketing (SEM)/Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), account-based marketing, and thought leadership.
  • Travel (10-15%) to coordinate local and regional events, including client learning events and social gatherings.
  • Oversee localisation of divisional materials into multiple languages.
  • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to distil complex concepts into simple, user-friendly, visually effective ideas.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage large and fluctuating workloads while maintaining agreed service levels and meeting deadlines.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent, with a preference for Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, with a preference for content marketing and project management.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on digital strategy/execution.
