We are looking for freelance Instructional Designers who are fluent Norwegian-speakers and want to bring innovative approaches to crafting learning experiences. Our current project is in the construction industry. Experience designing for technical or industrial audiences is a plus, but what matters most is the ability to make complex content accessible and engaging.
Summary of our ideal vendor profile:
- Works independently across complex, multi-deliverable projects with minimal direction
- Manages feedback efficiently and proactively flags scope concerns to keep projects on track
- Balances instructional design principles with practical client needs without losing sight of the learner
- Collaborates closely with PMs, UI/UX designers, and developers as part of an integrated team
Instructional Craft:
