Client Onboarding Admin (eBilling and Collections) We are seeking a tech-savvy, engaging, and open-minded professional to join our dynamic Collections department. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the registration and setup of new clients\’ accounts on e-billing portals and our internal systems. You will assist with completing vendor forms, producing necessary documents, and resolving technical or invoicing issues to ensure timely invoice uploads and payments aligned with payment terms. Collaboration with the E-billing Team Lead, Collections Team, Clients, Sales, and other stakeholders will be essential to address portal and invoice submission issues. Responsibilities: Assist with new client registration and onboarding into e-billing portals. Complete vendor forms, compile, and share accurate documentation. Create and update user details, and guide clients on portal access and usage. Monitor and follow up with Sales to ensure invoices are uploaded within 7 days of invoice date; upload invoices on behalf of Sales as needed. Work towards e-billing goals to reduce over-term revenue/collections globally. Maintain company information on platforms and troubleshoot issues with support teams. Manage central databases of login details and other information. Respond to and resolve e-billing queries. Perform additional tasks as assigned by your manager. Support team absences and contribute to collections projects as deemed appropriate. Required Skills: Technologically savvy mindset. Problem-solving skills and creative thinking. At least 1 year of professional experience in client onboarding, accounting, or administration. Knowledge of at least one e-billing portal (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Tungsten, Legal Tracker). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Numerical aptitude. Desired Skills: Fast learner. Enjoys communication via phone and email. Proficiency in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
