Trans Perfect is seeking a Billing & Collections Specialist to own the collections workload for assigned accounts, coordinating with Sales and Accounts Receivable to reduce outstanding balances while preserving strong client relationships.

You will advise Sales and clients, document best practices on the intranet, and partner with Sales to ensure accurate billing and timely payments.
