About the Role
TransPennine Express are about to embark on a large project that will see us migrate our Single Customer View platform to a new provider.
To facilitate this digital transformation project, we require a Digital Project Executive to ensure a successful migration by executing day-to-day activities involved in running the project and ensure a smooth project hand-over to BAU once the project is completed.
Responsibilities
- Report project progress and updates directly to the SCV Project Lead β TPE\βs Data Project Manager, providing required support to ensure successful project delivery, and clarity around the project\βs current state at any given time for business stakeholders throughout the project.
- Take an active role in ensuring the supplier is delivering to the project plan β on time and on budget β keeping up regular contact ensuring appropriate focuses and prioritisation is being maintained and flagging any issues early.
- Ensure a productive working relationship with key team-members within the supplier\βs organisation.
- Facilitate in the removal of project blockers and dependences by working with our other suppliers affected by the migration and internal teams to keep the project moving.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate blockers are removed, user acceptance testing is completed, and work is signed off and visible.
- Ensure all project artefacts are present, accurate and updated on a day-to-day basis, including but not limited to the Data governance framework, Migration runbook, project plan and milestones documentation, and the Issue and Risk log.
- Support shaping and execution of key project off-boarding tasks, such as service transition checklists and BAU handover, training materials, and internal communications plans.
