As an Operational Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering and assuring high‑quality operational training that underpins the competence of our safety‑critical workforce. Responsibilities
- Deliver training that is consistent, compliant, and aligned to operational risk
- Contribute to the assurance and continuous improvement of training materials and programmes
- Maintain your own professional competence and relevant safety‑critical certification
- Support the development of a high‑performing, safety‑focused operational workforce
Qualifications
- Strong operational railway experience, with at least 4 years' current Driver competence
- Demonstrates a credible, professional and standards‑driven approach
- Communicates clearly and engages effectively with a diverse operational audience
- Is committed to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Builds strong working relationships across teams and functions
- Takes pride in maintaining consistently high training and assessment standards
