We’re looking for a Senior Consultant: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to join the Team!

As the Senior Technical Consultant, you will assist clients in designing and implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to meet their business needs, as well as providing expert advice, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.

What you’ll be delivering

  • Understanding client business processes and requirements, and recommend solutions based on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement capabilities.
  • Designing, configuring, and customising Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to meet client needs, using best practices and industry standards.
  • Customer Engagement solutions include, but are not limited to, Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing & Customer Service workloads.
  • Managing project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of project tasks and milestones.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with other systems as needed.
  • Poviding training and support to end-users and administrators, including creating documentation and conducting training sessions.
  • Ensuring successful adoption of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions by end-users, and provide ongoing support as needed.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement capabilities and features, and recommend enhancements to clients where appropriate.
  • Actively participating in knowledge sharing and contribute to the development of best practices, tools, and methodologies.

What is required to be successful in this role

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to design and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, predominantly current Cloud/Online versions.
  • Well versed with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service & Project Operations.
  • Ability to configure and customise Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including workflows, business rules, and custom entities.
  • A deep understanding of project management (agile and waterfall-based) and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Thorough understanding of configuring and customising modular and canvas-based Power Apps is a plus.
  • Well versed with the Microsoft Catalyst framework is a plus.
  • Experience with Gyde365 project scoping tools would be beneficial
  • Experience with Azure DevOps would be beneficial
  • Microsoft certifications such as any of the Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate
