Technical Consultant: Copilot Studio

Who we're looking for

As a Copilot Studio Consultant in the AI practice, you will be working as part of an agile team where you will be responsible for assisting clients in implementing and utilising Copilot Studio to its fullest potential and providing guidance on our AI Agents strategy.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design AI solutions, and ensure successful integration and deployment.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and a passion for AI technology. There is also potential for future leadership opportunities if client demand in this area continues to grow.

We work with a Winning from Anywhere® approach but there is an element of travel to client sites when required, along with travel to our company conference and events.

What you'll be delivering

On a day-to-day basis, you'll be

• Collaborating with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities for AI solutions.
• Conducting user and data analysis to identify high-value AI Agents use cases.
• Scoping and creating Copilot Studio proposals to address client needs.
• Responsible for successful client deployments of Copilot Studio and AI Agents.
• Creating and maintaining documentation to help clients maximise their use of Copilot Studio.
• Providing training and support to clients on how to use various features and techniques within Copilot Studio.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any Copilot Studio technical issues clients may encounter.
• Creating persuasive presentations that can evangelise Transparity’s AI strategy, methodology and partnership with Microsoft; and creating compelling customer stories and use-cases
• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Microsoft’s AI technology and incorporating this knowledge into client interactions.

We think you'll be successful in this role if you have some of the following

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A couple of years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Passion for AI and its transformative potential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
